The executive director reports directly to 12 volunteer Board of Directors monthly and seeks its counseling and guidance in fulfilling all that is required to keep the general business of the NTC operating correctly. Audits are obtained through a certified accounting company with reports given to the Board for confirmation of proper management and business of the center.
